Drama / Musical Production (R)

the cast of Matilda: The Musical

About this course

This is a course for students who love to perform on the stage and want to participate in the school production without the assessment associated with taking the class at an A/V level. The primary focus is the development of the annual school drama production - which alternates between a play or a musical year. Students select this course as a 6th (extra) subject and study it over a minimum of 3 terms until the production run is finished. The unit runs on Line 6 , but students will also need to commit to extra hours outside of class time to prepare for this polished performance. There is no assessment in this unit - students pass the course as a result of active attendance and engagement.
