Student Leadership

Student Leadership Group 2024


All Gungahlin College students have the opportunity to become actively involved in our school community through a range of leadership roles. These opportunities help develop the important student voice that creates our positive school culture.

Some of the leadership opportunities include:

We provide student leadership opportunities through the EMPOWER program. Empowerment is seen every day at the college through students pursuing their passions, leading our school community and continuously striving to excel in their intellectual, leadership, creative or artistic capacity, or in specific academic fields.

All leadership groups are supervised by a teacher, meet regularly with the College Principal and participate in school and community projects.

Student Leadership Group Application

Applications are closed for 2024. Applications to join the Student Leadership Group in 2025 will open in August 2024. To be notified when the applications are open, please complete the Student Leadership Expression of Interest Form.

Student Leadership pledge

As a member of the Gungahlin College Student leadership group:
